Let’s begin.

1 | Methods of accessing consciousness

The document begins by first investigating other methods of accessing consciousness to establish a foundation.

The three major techniques explored are:

➥ Hypnosis

➥ Biofeedback

➥ Transcendental meditation

Each of these work by subduing the left brain, in order to gain access to the right.

Your left brain…

Is self-cognitive and it’s where logic and reason happens. It works by categorizing, assessing and assigning meaning before sending messages to the right brain.

The right brain…

Is non-critical, holistic, and accepts what the left hemisphere passes, without question. Accessing higher consciousness, is a process of access the right side of your brain. When you can speak to the right brain, and bring the left into coherence with it. You generate a very high amount of energy in what is called the third ventricle. It’s the section directly in the center of the highlighted segments of the brain.

To explain these three methods briefly…

Hypnosis

This distracts the left brain through boredom or reduction to a semi-sleep state through external stimuli like hypnotic suggestion.

Biofeedback

This method uses is a bit different as it doesn’t ignore the left brain, it teaches it to access areas of the right. Instead of suppressing it, it teaches the left to recognize the feelings associated with successful right hemisphere access.

Transcendental meditation

This method uses an intense, single minded concentration on the process of drawing energy up the spine which creates acoustic standing waves in the brain. These waves create the vibrations that allow the left and right brain to enter coherence with each other.

Now that we know what must be achieved to access higher consciousness.

Next, let’s look at the holographic universe.

2 | The Holographic Universe

According to the CIA documents… And Eastern traditions, or quantum physics for that matter… We live in a holographic universe.

Matter is not real, it is only a manifestation of energy vibrating at different speeds.

Meaning and matter is created in the universe from thought. When your mind experiences a thought, it creates a hologram somewhere out there in the universe.

Eventually…

This hologram can be created in this 3D physical realm through higher states of consciousness. What exists in this world is merely a matrix of the things we have given meaning to, with our collective thoughts.

How is the matter actually created?

The holographic universe creates matter through a torus field, which is the shape of a self contained spiral.

Anyway…

This vortex energy is how matter comes into existence. Springing out from the center point, the absolute.

If you look at pictures of galaxies, or a hurricane. You can get a decent visual of this mechanism in the process of creation.

Also, the document dives into time and space, which I spend too much time on.. 🙂

But suffice it to say — neither of them exist.

They are merely parameters to create the limitations needed for this reality to exist.

If you couldn’t pin point a location in time, or space.

You’d be in the infinite…

So time and space are necessary to create a matrix…

Anything that has a beginning and an end, is bounded by time.

When it stops existing within that paradigm, it returns to the absolute, or God.

3 | How does consciousness work

Now to interpret reality.

What your mind does, is work like a binary computer.

It decodes the greater complexities and simplifies everything into duality.

A simple go/no-go polarity. Like binary code.

Our whole reality is made up by making comparisons because what we perceive, is actually only the differences between two things.

Let me repeat.

What your brain does, to interpret something, is compare it.

It only perceives what differentiates.

What separates you, from me, for example.

And in states of higher consciousness…

Your right brain acts as the primary receiver of the holographic input and operates in coherence with it.

Your left brain is a secondary matrix layered on top of that. Where the 2D comparison happens.

Remember, everything is energy and vibration.

Which are created in waves.

So how this works is, the vibration goes back and forth.

Starting from source, bounces here to the material world, and back to source again.

The gateway process, hypnosis or any of the other techniques.

Bypassing the 2D matrix of this or that and access the absolute.

The point in-between.

The Middle Way.

4 | The Gateway process

Finally… We can talk about the actual “Gateway process”.

It uses visualizations and auditory input to create coherence in your system.

Your success with this process will vary…

Based on how well you’re able to bring your body into coherence and how sensitive your nervous system is.

Put simply, what the process does is:

• Begins by teaching you to isolate yourself from your environment and silence your mind in a visualization device called an “energy conversion box”.
• Next your are introduced into methods that aim to bring resonance in the body and mind through a single, monotonous humming sound. This humming sets up a feeling of vibrations, felt particularly in the head. Which you are then supposed to hum along with.
• This is followed by affirmations which you are supposed to repeat along. They affirm that there is more than merely a physical body and you deeply desire to expand your consciousness.

Keep in mind…

There is much much more to the process as there are several hours of tapes but this is the foundation of how the process begins.

They essentially prepare you by regulating the body.

➥ Subduing your left brain.
➥ Lowering your blood pressure
➥ Establishing resonance in your system to about 7.5 cycles per second

When you have achieved coherence with the gateway process, or any other.

You are able to harmonize your energy field with the surrounding environment.

This creates a powerful carrier wave…

To connect you with similarly tuned minds and the collective consciousness.

But..

The thing that does leave with you.

Is your memories… Your experiences.

The connections you make.

This is why it’s most important to live life in the way that you feel inspired.

It’s literally… literally… the only thing that matters when all is said and done.

• Your thoughts create reality

Realize you are in control of your destiny.

It is you who creates your experiences.

You and only you.

So then it’s critical to become a co-creator and channel the lifestyle you desire.

Stop with the negative thoughts, victim mentality and the “I can’t” perspectives.

Stop giving them life.

Find better thought patterns to manifest which afford you a more enjoyable life, and start living it.

You decide what you give meaning to.

Focus on giving life, and meaning to the things you want to see more of.
